Lenovo : X1 Yoga

Overview
We teamed up with Lenovo to create a vibrant animated video promoting the new X1 Yoga, this time aimed at students. The goal was to position the device as not just powerful and portable, but also fun to use whether for study, creativity, or downtime.

Role
I handled the full creative direction of the piece art directing, designing, and animating the video. The visual approach leaned into bold, pop-inspired colours and playful transitions to reflect the energy and spontaneity of student life.

Approach
With a fast-paced, upbeat tone, the animation showcased how the X1 Yoga adapts to a student’s lifestyle whether in class, at home, or on the move. The use of lively visuals helped communicate that productivity doesn’t have to be boring.

Outcome
The final video rolled out across Lenovo’s social channels, injecting a sense of personality and playfulness into the X1 Yoga brand. It successfully connected with a younger audience by blending utility with fun.
